1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zutily (zutily.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2Description of Service

Zutily provides free, browser-based utility tools including but not limited to UUID generators, hash generators, word counters, text comparison tools, password generators, and random string generators. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for personal and professional use.

3Use of the Service

You agree to use Zutily only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code through the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

4Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated input), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zutily and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5User-Generated Output

Any output generated by our tools (UUIDs, hashes, passwords, random strings, text analysis results, etc.) belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership or rights over content you create using our tools. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated output.

6No Data Storage

Zutily does not store, log, or retain any data you input into our tools. All processing is either performed client-side in your browser or handled through stateless server-side operations where data is immediately discarded after processing. We cannot recover, retrieve, or reproduce any data you have entered.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Zutily does not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the quality of any output will meet your expectations.

8Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zutily, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any output obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9Security Disclaimer

While our password generator and other security-related tools are designed to produce cryptographically strong output, Zutily makes no guarantees about the absolute security of any generated content. For mission-critical or security-sensitive applications, you should independently verify and validate all outputs. Never rely solely on any single tool for security-critical decisions.

10Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11Third-Party Services

Zutily may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us, including advertising services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Zutily shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of such third-party websites or services.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
